The Graded Training
and Awards Scheme
has been introduced by The Gundog Club to help
motivate and support novice gundog trainers.
Awards are
offered in six grades from
beginner to master level. Candidates must
pass one or more Field Tests to achieve each
award.
Three categories
of gundog work are available.
Retriever, spaniel, and HPR
The scheme covers
the training process from its very start up to
approximately Open Working Test standard
Field tests are
non-competitive. Each dog is
tested against a standard set out by our panel
of experts |
